Erin McCauley - Owner and CEO

Born and raised in Central Illinois, I’ve proudly called North Carolina home since 2008. In addition to being a small business owner, wife, step-mom, aunt, and dog mom, I’m a former trademark paralegal, a loyal Indiana University Alumna and Basketball Fan, Die Hard Cubs Fan, and avid traveler who enjoys reading, yoga, OrangeTheory, paddle boarding, and now, thanks to my oldest step-daughter, my husband and I are proud App State Football Season Ticket Holders. My favorite part of planning my own wedding at my alma mater was working out the logistics and creating an experience our guests will never forget, which is what I want to do for you, too! I’m blessed to work with an incredible team of talented, friendly and outgoing women, and I can’t wait for our team to help you have an unforgettable wedding experience!

Kiley Bush - Logistics Coordinator, Wedding Day Lead & Client Experience Coordinator

Hello! I moved to North Carolina in 2021 and currently reside in Durham with my new husband. I grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Purdue University in 2019. Afterward, I completed my Masters at Northwestern University in Higher Education Administration. I am a lover of hiking, reading, football Sundays (Go Bears!), and college basketball. I am so thankful for our team at Chestnut & Vine and proud to be both a team member and a Chestnut & Vine bride. I love being a part of the magic that happens behind the scenes and I look forward to making more dream weddings come to life for our couples!

Alexis Sigmund - Logistics Coordinator, Wedding Day Lead & Design Specialist

I’m a North Carolina girl, born and raised. I grew up on the coast and graduated from UNCW. I also briefly lived in Iowa, but have since returned to Wake Forest, North Carolina. I live here with my husband, son, labradoodle, Moose, and poodle, Juniper. I enjoy a clear blue sky and sunny morning walks with my family with a coffee in hand. I’m also a sucker for romantic movies, and gladly spend hours watching anything from rom-coms to dramas filled with grand gestures, perfectly imperfect couples, and, of course, unbelievably eloquent admissions of love. My love for love has led me to becoming a wedding coordinator. As a recent bride myself, I’ve learned so much about patience and how it takes a village to make it to that special day. I melt seeing the pure joy in a couple’s eyes after making their vision for that special day a reality. My heart explodes every single time. I love hearing people’s stories, being a part of their journey, and cannot wait to be a part of yours!

Maddie Wiles - Logistics Coordinator & Wedding Day Lead

Hello! I was born and raised in North Carolina and moved to Raleigh to go to NC State University (Go Pack!) and have been here ever since. I received my bachelor degree in Communication with the dream of being in event planning and coordination. I love being creative and making connections with new people, while also getting into the small details that will make your day perfect and unique to you! It is my favorite thing to see different personalities and/or cultures come together for a—perfectly executed—celebration of love! I am so thankful and excited to be a part of this team and can’t wait to be involved in your special day. In my free time, I love reading, watching movies, and listening to Taylor Swift!

Alex Miles - Logistics Coordinator & Wedding Day Lead

Hey Everyone! I’ve called Raleigh home since 2020, but I was born and raised in a small town in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. My husband and I loved vacationing on the beaches of North Carolina so we knew we wanted to venture here to start our life together. After 2 years of marriage, we welcomed our first baby girl in June of 2023! I attended West Liberty University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and I’ve been practicing since 2015. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers! After my own wedding in 2021, I was eager to become involved in another couple’s special day in any way big or small, so being part of the Chestnut & Vine team has been nothing short of amazing!

Kayleigh Creech - Wedding Day Lead & Coordinator

Hi Y’all! I’ve lived in North Carolina my entire life and can’t get enough of this great state! I grew up in good ol’ New Bern (birthplace of Pepsi!) and attended Appalachian State University where I received my degree in Graphic Design. I love being creative and solving problems which makes being a wedding coordinator very rewarding. I really enjoy seeing how people celebrate their love through different cultures, styles and traditions. I am so happy to help on your special day, whether it be an extra hand to help bustle a dress or teach your guests how to dance the wobble, I’m your girl! When I’m not being creative I enjoy exploring the local breweries, swimming, hiking, camping or just being outdoors.

Chelsea Gallagher - Wedding Day Lead & Coordinator

Born and raised in Wake Forest, I am so excited to be working with the brides and grooms of the Triangle! I earned my BA in Communications with a minor in English from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and have worked in several areas of the events industry over the past five years. To me, event planning is one of the only careers where you can literally see your hard work come to life. A self-described introverted extrovert, I have a love of connecting with people and helping to create their dream wedding, all while staying behind the scenes. Working directly with clients to handle one of the most important days of their lives is an incredible honor and I appreciate every second of it! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with my husband, newborn daughter and our three dogs.

Ariel Jordan - Wedding Day Coordinator

Ariel here! I am a Midwestern girl whose heart was stolen by North Carolina, and I have called it home since 2020. As a proud alumna of the University of Michigan and Case Western Reserve University, my academic and professional worlds have allowed me to lean into my passions of health, wellness, research, data, social work, nonprofits, and so much more. One of my greatest sources of fuel is to help others realize their dreams, and it brings me so much joy to help couples see their wedding day visions realized, and I’ll be grateful to help curate and witness yours.

Peyton Doyle - Wedding Day Coordinator

Having lived in the triangle since 2005, I am a long time North Carolinian! After graduating from Appalachian State University in 2022, I pursued a career in the events industry and haven’t looked back. My interest in weddings begun at a young age after watching movies like 27 Dresses and The Wedding Planner. Having the opportunity to be apart of a bride and grooms special day through the coordination process is incredibly rewarding. I am thrilled to work alongside an amazing team that ensures no detail is overlooked and making your day fun a top priority! Outside my role as a wedding day coordinator, you will find me reading a romance novel, going on girls trips with my friends, and taking my Mini Australian Shepherd on walks at local parks.
