Are you excited to start planning your wedding but are unsure of where to begin? Chestnut & Vine wants to help you kickstart your wedding planning process by matching you with expert vendors and venues that are the perfect fit for your style, personality and budget. Our Kickstart Planning clients receive

  • An Informational phone consultation (up to 60 minutes) to discuss your budget goals, wedding style and top wedding priorities.
  • A personalized Wedding Budget Projection to use as a reference guide through out your wedding planning process
  • A customized Kickstart Wedding Planning™ Proposal, which includes up to four (4) recommendations personally selected for you in the following categories

    • Venues
    • Photographers
    • Videographer

    • Caterers
    • Bar Services
    • Cake/Dessert Artists

    • Entertainment
    • Florists
    • Officiants

  • An in-person meeting (up to 90 minutes) to review your custom Kickstart Wedding Planning™ Proposal, discuss your Wedding Budget Projection guide, and answer your initial questions on how to expertly start planning your wedding.

Our “Day-of” Coordination Package Includes:

  • Comprehensive online Wedding Planning Packet to guide you through the planning process
  • Vendor referrals
  • In-person meeting 6 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss where you are in the planning process and assess what still needs to be done
  • One or two in-person meetings at the ceremony and reception sites
  • Unlimited text and e-mail communications
  • Review of your vendor contracts
  • Draft comprehensive wedding itinerary for vendors and wedding party
  • Follow-up with vendors one week before the wedding to confirm that all services will be delivered as promised
  • Access to online tools for RSVP management, floor plan design and guest seating charts

  • Supervise wedding rehearsal and direct as needed (up to 1 hour)
  • Deliver all wedding necessities (e.g. escort cards, guest book, programs, cake knife, gift card baskets, signage, etc.) to your venues
  • Check-on set-up and décor at both the ceremony and reception sites
  • Assist ushers with seating of guests and the ceremony processional
  • Assist with floral distribution and pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
  • Direct reception timeline (e.g. couple entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Access to “wedding day emergency” kits
  • Distribute payments and gratuities to vendors not paid in advance by the bride and groom
  • Collect gifts, centerpieces, wedding necessities and deliver them to an agreed upon location
