Marcus and Claire’s wedding day was a heartwarming celebration filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments that highlighted their wedding theme of “opposites attract.” Held at the stunning Carolina Grove, their special day was captured by One Vision Photography.

The ceremony, officiated by Reginald Harris, took place in the picturesque surroundings of Carolina Grove. Claire looked radiant with hair and makeup done by the talented team at Wink Hair + Makeup, while Marcus looked dapper and ready to say “I do.”

After the heartfelt vows, guests transitioned to the reception. The venue was beautifully decorated with floral arrangements by Blossom Floral Artistry, setting a warm and inviting atmosphere. The reception was a lively affair, with DJ Ones setting the tone and keeping the dance floor packed all night. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Southern Harvest. As every North Carolinian knows, there’s nothing more opposite than a Duke fan and a UNC fan, but Cupcakes d’Amour found a way to sweetly unite Duke Blue and Carolina Blue in an equally delicious and beautiful three-tiered wedding cake. Curated Events provided rentals, while Lifestyle Limousine Company ensured smooth and dependable transportation services.

Marcus and Claire’s wedding was a beautiful start to continuing their journey together, surrounded by family and friends. The day was filled with joy and celebration, and we are so grateful they entrusted Chestnut and Vine to be a part of their special day!
