Lauren & Alex’s Bradford Beauty | New Hill, NC

Lauren and Alex met during their first week of college at UNC-Chapel Hill and throughout the next year, they bonded over playing cards, swing dancing lessons, and watching UNC basketball.

In late August of 2020, Lauren and Alex rode their bikes down the Tobacco Road Trail, raced Go-Carts, and walked through UNC’s campus, talking about the many memories they had made there. The walk ended at the Botanical Gardens, which was their favorite spot on campus – one they had discovered together. Under the big tree in the middle of the garden, there was a basket containing the engagement ring. Rose petals, a bouquet of flowers, a photo, and a bottle of her favorite Welch’s sparkling juice were all on the scene. Lauren said “yes” to the proposal from Alex, bringing them to their August 2021 wedding at the Bradford.

Lauren had two gorgeous hairstyles for both pre-ceremony pictures and for the ceremony, as well as a stunning touch of makeup from WINK Hair and Makeup. With top-notch catering from our friends at Rocky Top Catering and an evening of fun and dancing with Making Memories DJ Service, Lauren and Alex’s wedding day truly turned out to be a beauty at The Bradford.

It was an honor to have been a part of such a beautiful summer wedding at the Bradford for such a genuine couple, surrounded by their closest family and friends.
